Install VolaCRM Chat and Contact Form on Wix

1. Create a VolaCRM account

Sign up for VolaCRM or log in. Create an Admin Chat workspace for conversations and a Kanban workspace for contact inquiries.

2. Install Chat

Open the Embed code icon in the Admin Chat template toolbar. Save the business and site details, then copy the entire generated Chat script.

In your Wix dashboard, open Settings → Custom Code. Add custom code, paste the Chat script, choose the end of the body and the pages where it should appear. Save and publish. Add the script only once.

3. Install Contact Form

Open the Embed code icon in the Kanban template toolbar. Save the business and site details, then copy the generated Contact Form script.

In the Wix editor, add an Embed HTML element to your chosen page. Paste your own form script into its HTML code as shown below. Resize the element to show the whole form and publish the page.

Wix runs Embed HTML content in a separate frame. Test the live form submission and domain settings on your published site.

4. Test the connection

Open the published site in a private window. Send a Chat message and confirm it appears in the same Admin Chat workspace, then reply from the dashboard. Submit the form and verify a new task appears in the same Kanban board. If a message is missing, check the workspace code and that the Wix site is published.
